Hall Hire Description
The Auckland Polish Association (Inc.) hall is a multi-use facility available for hire by members and the Communities for celebration events, fundraising, community’s events etc,
The hall can be hired for commercial events under discretion of the committee.

The Hall Hire includes:

• Hall with large dance floor, stage, tables and chairs and can seat 80-100 people.
• Children’s area
• Pool table
• The Kitchen: a water heater suitable for making tea/coffee, two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and double sink unit.
• The bar area is equipped with a refrigeration unit, sink, shelves.
• A telephone is available for emergency use only.
• Crockery, cutlery, glasses, serving dishes, slow cookers, meat slicer (available at extra cost).
• Tablecloths (available at extra cost)

Parking
A dedicated car-park is available at the side of the building for 12 cars. Parking around the club is available in the evenings and weekends.

Day and Hours of use: any dates available except the following ones
Sundays 11am to 5pm for Polish activities.
• 12 functions per year for Polish cultural activities.
• The hall is not available over Christmas and the New Year.

• Table Tennis Table

NB. All hire that is intent for commercial gain will be charged commercial rates. Above rates are GST inclusive.
